UNITY Detroit | Currently in Development
One consistent point of support for young adults.
- Referral-Based Entry — Trusted partners connect young adults who may benefit from structured support.
- Consistent Case Management — Each enrolled participant works with a case manager to identify priorities, build an individualized plan, and stay connected as circumstances change.
- Partner Connections — Case managers coordinate access to specialized services across housing, employment, education, health, legal support, and other needs.

Why Detroit
- Strong local organizations already support young people across housing, employment, education, health, legal services, and other needs.
- Young adults may still have to navigate several organizations, processes, and next steps at the same time.
- UNITY Detroit is being developed to add one consistent point of coordination around that existing work.
- Local knowledge and partnerships will continue to shape how the program is built.
